A WORD FROM ABDELMAJID, FOUNDER OF ADALA COLA
Assalamu Alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
I was born and raised with the taste of Coca-Cola and Pepsi — like most of us.
But as I grew older, I realized something important: those drinks were never ours.
They did not reflect our identity, our story, or the pride of where we come from.
That is why I created Adala Cola — a halal, ethical, independent drink
rooted in Moroccan values, Moroccan culture, and Moroccan flavour.
Our signature ingredient, the prickly pear, comes straight from Morocco.
For me, it represents who we are as a people:
resilient like the sabra plant,
warm and generous like our families,
colourful and full of life like our streets,
proud of our heritage, wherever we are in the world.
Its taste brings me back to my childhood in Morocco —
to summers, markets, road trips, neighbours, and community.
It is more than a fruit. It is Morocco in a flavour.
But Adala Cola is not only about taste.
It is about dignity, independence, and rising together.
Seeing Moroccans — and Muslims worldwide — face challenges, injustice,
and a lack of representation has awakened something in me:
a belief that we must build our own brands, our own future, our own narrative.
That is why 15% of all donations will go as Zakat,
supporting Moroccan and Muslim athletes, families, and communities in need —
from the mountains to the diaspora.
This project is my love letter to Morocco —
to its people, its beauty, its strength, and its future.
Jazakum Allahu khayran.
Let's build something real, something Moroccan, together.
