Our principles
- We only collect the data we really need.
- We never sell or rent your data.
- No advertising pixels. Audience measurement (Google Analytics) only if you agree.

Payment is handled directly by Stripe. We never have access to your bank details.
Who we share your data with
Only with the providers who help us run the site and deliver your orders, and who act on our instructions:
- Hosting and email: Combell NV, Ghent, Belgium.
- Payment: Stripe.
- Delivery: FedEx, only for the data needed for delivery.
We also pass data to the authorities when the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Union
Hosting and email stay in Belgium. Some providers, such as Stripe and FedEx, may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, in particular the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Security
No website can guarantee total security. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
Cookies and local storage
Only with your consent, given on the “Cookies” banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. Google then sets its measurement cookies (_ga), kept for up to 2 years, and may process this data outside the European Union. Without your consent, no measurement cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Otherwise, only the data strictly necessary for the site to work is stored on your device: your language choice, the contents of your cart and your cookie choice.
Our videos are hosted on YouTube. They only load when you click on them. At that moment, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can at any time access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to it, withdraw your consent or ask for its portability. Write to us at contact [at] adalacola.com. We reply within one month at most.
You can also lodge a complaint:
- in Belgium, with the Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be;
- in Morocco, with the CNDP, www.cndp.ma.
