These terms apply to any order placed on www.adalacola.com. By confirming your order, you accept them.

2. Orders and prices
Our prices are shown in euros (or in dirhams for Morocco), VAT included, excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm your order. After ordering, you receive a confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when you receive this confirmation.
3. Payment
Payment is made online when you order, using the payment methods offered on the site.
4. Delivery
Delivery areas, methods and times are shown when you order. The products travel at our risk until they are handed over to you. In case of a significant delay, contact us at contact [at] adalacola.com.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union: you have 14 days after receipt to withdraw, without giving any reason. Consumers in Morocco: this period is 7 days.
For hygiene reasons, this right only applies to unopened, intact products. Return costs are at your expense. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return.

6. Guarantee
Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. A product damaged or not as ordered on delivery? Let us know with a photo at contact [at] adalacola.com and we will find a solution.
7. Liability
Adala Drinks is not liable for damage resulting from improper storage or use of the products. Check the best-before date and the storage conditions shown on the packaging.
8. Personal data
Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available on the site.
9. Changes
Adala Drinks may change these terms at any time. The terms that apply are those in force on the day of your order.
10. Applicable law and disputes
For sales by Adala Drinks Europe (Belgium and the European Union), Belgian law applies. For sales by ADALA DRINKS S.A.R.L. (Morocco), Moroccan law applies. In every case, you keep the protection the law of your country of residence gives you.
