An order that isn't right for you? Here is how to return it, simply.

Right of withdrawal

  • Consumers in the European Union: you can withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Consumers in Morocco: this period is 7 days.
  • To withdraw, send us an email at contact [at] adalacola.com with your order number. You can also use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.
  • You then have 14 days to send the products back to us.

Return conditions

  • For hygiene reasons, only unopened, intact products in their original packaging can be returned.
  • Products opened or damaged after receipt are not taken back.
  • Pack your parcel well and include your order number.

Costs

  • Return costs are at your expense.
  • We refund the price of the products as well as the standard delivery costs paid with the order.

Refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may wait until we have received the products, or proof that they were sent, before refunding. The refund is made with the same means of payment as the one used for the order.

Damaged or wrong product on delivery

That is not a return, it is our responsibility. Send us a photo and your order number at contact [at] adalacola.com as soon as possible. We replace the product or refund you, and the return costs are on us.
